They accommodated our request to have a room on a higher floor. They also allow guests to leave their luggage if they arrive early, which we did. Great location -- near Hakata Station.

Location was excellent, near the station and in a relatively quiet street.

Standard-sized room typical of Japanese business hotels. Amenities are complete, with a yukata provided. Overall, the hotel is clean. It’s a bit of a walk from the station, but the wide road makes it easy to roll luggage.

Very close to the jr and subway station, about 5 mins walk. Family Mart is just around the corner. I found hotel beds in Japan are usually too hard for my liking, but the bed here was a bit softer than others which was perfect for me. I'd stay here again just for the comfy bed. Express check out was efficient.

Having a public onsen was the deal... I got to relax my tired muscles at the onsen after a long day of walking... it has all the toiletries and skin care products that I need and so much more...
